Wishadoo! is for everyone. It is the core humanity we all share that brings us together at Wishadoo! This space is about reaching out to our neighbors — near or far — with respect, dignity, and personal responsibility, regardless of spiritual or religious beliefs, political ideologies, personal interests, etc.
WHY WISHADOO?
Wishadoo! is a lifelong dream of two friends; two women whose experiences in life, both challenges and blessings, have enabled us to walk a path of empathy and genuine compassion. Our desire to join together to create a space where hope resides and can manifest and grow in a powerful, substantial way gave birth to Wishadoo!
The need for ONE space — one gathering place, one gateway, one clearinghouse for compassion — has become clear. The time for Wishadoo! is now. So many are struggling and don’t know where to turn and are often too embarrassed to ask. It’s time for people to join together to help one another in countless ways….ways we have yet to imagine, beyond the existing avenues.
It is time for HEARTS to be WIDE OPEN.
THE VISION:
Wishadoo is a free service to connect people directly, easing the daily struggle and enriching lives, empowering souls and, in the process, creating more compassionate, caring communities. Wishadoo! is where people discover they are part of something bigger than themselves as we all work together to create a New Way.
This New Way will be achieved via Wishadoo! online and “real world” local communities where people connect directly. The Wishadoo! Communities are developed one person at a time, growing to include families, schools, organizations, and businesses, all working together to improve daily life for everyone in their own “backyard.” As each backyard grows and strengthens, the Wishadoo! Effect expands and radiates beyond geographic boundaries — there are no limits — creating a new way, a new world…thinking, wishing, doing, and creating outside the box.
Wishadoo! is a social visionary enterprise committed to and infused with the core values of integrity, respect, and compassion. The intent is to be self-sustaining and to create jobs and income opportunities for others through a cooperative model. Everything has mutual benefit, supporting and sustaining The Common Good. We are shifting the traditional model of “profit-only corporation” to “mutual-benefit cooperation.”
